Never worn striped skirt with pleats. Thick material and stretchy to fit just perfectly if you want to wear it high on the waist or low on the hips. Would fit a small if you wear it around the hips. Waistband unstreched is 26 inches. Length is 16.5 inches. I have another one in large❗️
