Reposhing this item I purchased from @hm2005. Love it, just doesn’t fit me quite right. It is so soft and in great used condition. Perfect for Spring and Summer! I love the fact that it is totally reversible, so it is literally two skirts in one!🌈💛 The measurements are at the waist across 14” (but it is a wide elastics band) and from the waist to the bottom of the skirt, it measured 19.5”.
