NANETTE baby party dress black velvet top wht/blk rosette skirt red belt-rosette

Nanette baby girl’s holiday/party dress. Black velvet bodice button back. Skirt is white fabric rosettes with black centers layered throughout with a red banded belt with a single red rosette offset from center. Skirt is lined and has a single layer of toile between both fabrics to add slight fullness. Hem of skirt has two areas needing attention. Please note One loose rose piece on under side and one stained spot I believe is glue on edge. Otherwise GUC size 12 months. Great Christmas/Valentine dress!
