NANETTE Lepore Blue Belted Floral Pintuck Dress 8

NWOT - dress is new, never worn. There is a small pull near the left arm pit. Also a tiny hole on seam at neck on back of dress from security tag. Both are very hard to see but I did want to disclose. Colors are dark blue with red, pink, white & light blue floral print. Pin tuck detail, split banded neckline, partial button front, self-tie sash, A-line silhouette, side zipper. Material and care tag is missing but it is polyester.
