Gorgeous, sleek, TRI CORNER Bowl by NAMBE. Excellent condition, highly sought after, NAMBE is quality!
The Nambe Tri-Corner Bowl is a ceramic bowl that can be used for serving salad or pasta. It was designed in 1967 by Richard K.
Thomas, a New Mexico sculptor who also designed Nambe's Butterfly bowl. The bowl is microwave and dishwasher safe.
The Tri-Corner bowl is one of Nambe's earliest classics. Designed by sculptor Richard K. Thomas, who also designed Nambé's iconic Butterfly bowl, the Tri-Corner is both a work of art and a functional bowl. The sides sweep up to three rounded points, connected by a gently dipping rim. Quite deep, and available in a variety of diameters ranging from six to eleven inches (there's even a 16-inch, 10-quart Grande version for the true admirer), the bowl looks stunning whether it's adorning a display shelf or serving a chilled salad or hot pasta dish at the table.
Made of a metal alloy that retains heat and cold exceptionally well and won't crack, chip, or tarnish, the bowl is safe for use in the oven and freezer, but not the microwave or dishwasher. Washing by hand will preserve the bright mirror finish.
Nambé was founded in 1951.
