Elegant yet comfortable black skirted dress with silvery gold shimmery top by NALLY & MILLIE. Slimmer skirt with scoop neck draped top, gives the appearance of two separate pieces. Pulls over head. 95% polyester, 5% spandex. No size tag, measures about 19” pit to pit on black under section, 20” on top shirt, 35” long from top of neckline, with sleeves around 21”. Normal wear and tear, still in great used condition!
