fhafsasyed What are the measurements? Waist, hips, length? Is it fully lined?

sharpevice @fhafsasyed it has an elasticized waist so it can stretch but the flat non stretched measurement is appx 12”. It is gathered into pleats so hips measurement would be difficult to determine, I added some photos. Length is appx 32.5”, added photos with measurements and an image of the skirt inside out so you can see how far the lining goes to the hem. It’s a few inches from the bottom. The garment is gathered and pleated so the measurements would fall differently on each person.
