Side zip with hook & eye closure. European size 38 measures approximately 15" across the waist, 21" across lining at hips and 23" across outer hips. 41" long. Listing as a size 10. Waistband has absolutely no stretch. Tear on inner lining near zipper as shown in last photo. Otherwise great condition.
