Rothco N-3B vintage style winter parka. cotton shell. Very warm. The size is small but is an over sized style and can fit up to a medium. I am 5'8" 170 lb I normally wear a M/L and the jacket fit on me is snug or fitted.

ttieso91 @kimeddy899 the tag is correct it is an xs. the jacket is an oversized fit. depending on the look you are going for it really could work for xs to med.
