lark1962 Sorry about the delay! If you are still interested in this costume the length is 24.5” from top of strap to bottom of hem and 12.5” from waistline to bottom of hem. It also has a taffeta liner in the skirt. It seems to be a pretty well made costume material wise and the clock buttons unlike some that look like a one time use.
