This wood piece hangs on a wall and I was told it hung in the kitchen. We have researched and do not know what the brass cylinders may have been used for. It is 17” tall.

geniestevenson @tiarondy they are hand carved wood and the heads rotate . I completely agree with you. I would love to know what they really are and why they hung in the kitchen. They are definitely from another era.

eve_curious They're of differing sizes, maybe they're to measure small amounts, like 1/4 teaspoon, 1/8 teaspoon. Definitely an interesting piece, thanks for sharing it!
