Myer Sutherland Melbourne Vintage black crushed velvet dress

Dress by Myer Sutherland Melbourne, appears to be black crushed velvet, although the fabric on the inside is stiff and doesn’t give much. No tags indicating what the fabric is. Hand wash! Tag says size 10 and says to fit Bust 80cm (31.49 inches) Waist 60cm (23.62 inches) Hip 85cm (33.46 inches) Smoke free cat friendly home There is a brownish spot on one shoulder, I have not attempted to clean it, it’s barely noticeable but close up picture has been included
