Description: This has long plain sleeves you can cuff, a gorgeous hood, one upper front button to close with another on the inside, two lower side seam pockets, and the rear has a beautiful centered pleat right down the middle. This is fully reversible. One side is a black nylon look and the reverse side is a velvet geometric scroll print design. This comes with a matching detachable sash belt. Long length raincoat that some people call Opera Coats because it's nice enough to dress up. The velvet scroll side is nice enough to wear anywhere.
