FINAL PRICE! My Trip To The Beach ~ A Memory-Box Activity Book Set by Jane May ~ 1987 ~ GUC A soft cover spiral bound book to record a beach vacation. Book is housed in a plastic "memory box" to collect souvenirs. Box is approximately 6.5" x 1" (book a smidge smaller). Cute images inside in black - white - golden yellow. Fun journal type of item giving prompts for a youngster to document various activities and finds during a beach vacation. IMO, the book is best suited for a kid/person who likes to read and write. Includes info about seashells and has activities like scavenger hunt ideas. Noted to be for ages 8-12...could be for older kids (or you!) as well. The plastic keepsake type box will hold seashells and other treasures from the trip. NOTE: I purchased 2nd hand to give to a kid who didn't seem interested, the previous holder of the book did write their name and address (in pencil) inside the book...most of it has been erased, but a better clean-up is likely possible...or just put a sticker or label over the old writing. My home is smoke & pet free (I am not the original owner, but no odors noted).
