layers of tulle with the last one being silk and rayon. gems sewn at the top silk waist band. 25 inch waist. gems are iridescent. very pretty. great quality. these embellishments won't fall off when you're dancing your butt off. the bottom layer won't fly up in the wind like the rest. worn one time. I'm 5'9 and it hits right above the knee. excellent condition. discreet zipped closure. dark blue in color. love love love this skirt.
