My Michelle Blue Floral Mermaid Prom Size 1 NWT

New with tags floral long prom dress or pageant gown, size 1 (Poshmark only shows even sizing, so I put in 0). Off the shoulder straps, mermaid style, bright royal blue with lilac, green and pink flower pattern, lace-up ties in back with zipper. For reference, mannequin is about a women’s size 4 and this dress is too snug at shoulders and chest so the lacing in back is very wide tied because of this (33.5” mannequin chest). She is about 5’8” and her feet are positioned for 3” heels.
