Hi, is she missing any hair? Is it still soft? Or rough? Thanks

@luckyfinds646 Hi, I washed and conditioned her hair. You can easily take a brush through it now. The top of the hair is softer than the bottom. it appears there has been some breakage at the bottom of her hair, causing it to be a little rougher. I will post another picture of the back so you can see it after it has been washed and conditioned.
