thefrockshop I've been eyeing this coat for so long! I have another question. Are there belt loops and if so does the belt come with the coat? And is it black? It looks black I just want to make sure because sometimes posh pictures are not very clear.

youlanda8 Hi @thefrockshop ... This coat is absolutely beautiful. I just marked it down. It has belt loops but I can't find the belt:(. It's black and it's in great condition!! It was purchased from Bebe and I paid $179. I had an off white but I sold it and the young lady loved it:))
