Mustard seed floral maxi

Mustard seed from Forever 21 Size: Medium Beautiful floral maxi, didn't fit me right and too far past the return date to send back. the top ruffled and has a double slit up the front of the dress. shoulder straps tie on the back and allow for adjustment. NEVER WORN Washed once, and I unfortunately don't have the tags any longer.
