Very long, flow-y bell bottoms with fun tiered ruffles!🐥🌼 I am 5’4” with a 28” waist for reference, had to wear heels or wedges at least two inches to keep bottom of pants from touching ground. Fabric is somewhat stretchy but waist does not have a lot of give
