Mustard Dress with Blue Detailing (Boutique)

Purchased this adorable mustard colored dress with Blue detailing (feathers), key hole button close in back. Wore it to a wedding once then it slightly shrank in the wash so it is too short for me. From the shoulder down the front it measures 32 inches in length.
