Must have! Summer dress- XL/Fits most!

I Love this dress! for all it's uses! I bought two! first off, it's an XL but even as a small I rocked this with a belt and flops and got so many compliments!! multicolored on front and around chest. wear the top on or off shoulders super soft materials!! length is 24" long and across the chest is 21" and stretches to 23+-" this one can dress up or down, it's a perfect summer dress!
