I do not believe that there is a battery in this watch. It’s a manual wind to keep time.

@laurensilva368 it was grandma’s so no paperwork. Not sure if they had reps back in the day? It looks authentic to me but I’m charging much less than price for it since I can’t prove it

No ill intent, but the watch is only worth on the open Auction House Market in NYC is $115 - $180 with papers and box. I will give you the $180 if it comes with the box & papers. It also sounds like the watch is inoperable because the manual wind may have been over wound and it is bound inside. Only a professional watch maker can fix that, with that fee in mind, now it is worth only $80
