Musical White Wooden Jewelry Box // Mid Century London Leather Japan. Stands about 13 inches tall and 6.75 inches wide across bottom/side. There are three pull out drawers and a pull out door at top for ring storage. Lined in green/yellow velvet like fabric. Handles are metal. Vintage circa 1960s. Makers tag at bottom. Wind up metal tab in back. Plays music when bottom drawer is opened (musical mechanism is behind that drawer. Painted white with gold stenciled accents. Very good condition. There are a some signs of age but still very beautiful. I have washed the drawers linings thoroughly, as well as the outside of the box. and there are some marks/staining which I cannot remove. No tears or holes in the fabric. What a wonderful gift for someone special. A great jewelry organizer!
