@shellysclosett I would be using Jerzeez heavyweight, Gildan heavyweight, or something similar depending on color/ size. Yes 3x shouldn't be a issue however price will go up by 20$. unfortunately I pay 25$ per sweater for 2x and up. Then my labor. Let me know if your interested love.
