Mushroom Butterfly Ladybug Black White Retro Stoneware Bowl

The cutest ever stoneware lidded bowls with retro design of mushrooms, butterflies, and ladybugs in black and white. Soup tureen, sugar dish? Who can say! I bought these about 20 years ago at an estate sale. They have never been used, just been a part of my collection since. One bowl is in excellent, like new condition with no chips, cracks, or even scratches in the pattern. It does have several dimples in the stoneware / glaze, but that’s just how it’s made and part of its natural charm! Second bowl does have a couple hairline cracks running from the brim of the bowl. Was never fully broken, or repaired. Still in one whole piece, but if you’re just going to use it as a display item, it could benefit from a touch of glue along the inside to give it more strength. Recommend not using this second bowl to hold any hot or wet food, though it does hold water and doesn’t leak, when tested.
