I'm confused about the sizing with this dress. Cuz the model wearing it looks like a size 4 tops , but it's listed as a 10, which is basically a Large?

Any way to get a better picture of the dress hanging up, laying flat, etc that are not close up pictures? Or better yet if you can include the PTP measurements, that would be so helpful!
