These are so unique. Love the huge metal hoops for laces. They feel like they may even have a steel toe. Cant press down to feel where my tie is thats for sure! The insides look clean. They have some scuffs and scratches but overall good condition. They say they are Size 7 but I wear 7.5-8 and they are too big so they may be a mans size 7.

Hi, I am a big fan of Muro shoes & boots, I own several pairs. These are great looking boots ! The sizing with Muro boots can be confusing for some people. I have the advantage of still having the original boxes for most of the pairs I have , and the sizing is stated on the boxes more clearly.

.... These boots you have listed might have the numbers inside of them worn off , with wear ? But I know on the Muro boots I have the series of numbers stamped, or printed inside the boot near the opening , ankle area is where it tells you the size of the boots.

...Just looked in a pair of my Muro boots ... The series of numbers is on the inside ankle area of the boot,.. For instance , it reads,...7 1926 42130 The important number here is the very first number. The number on mine is 7, so that tells me it is a size 7 MENS boot, and size 9 WOMENS,.. On the box it is listed as 7 M & 9 L,..( being 7 mens & 9 ladies ).

....As Muro boots & shoes were meant to be unisex. It was a wonderful brand that is no longer being made, great quality boots. The information I had gotten was that Muro boots were made in Mexico. Sorry to be so wordy, just trying to be helpful. Good Luck with your listing !

Yes,...I own several pairs of Muro boots, and as I probably mentioned, already , in previous messages,...Muro shoes & boots are all meant to be Unisex,...to be worn by men and women both,..

...With every pair of boots I own that are Muro boots , the first number in the series of numbers is the men's size,.. So , there will be a first number in a series of numbers , and after that first number will be a space, before the rest of the numbers are listed.

...So if these shoes have 7 as the first number listed that will make them a Men's size 7 & a Ladies size 9,.. I have several pairs of Muro boots that have the original boxes for them and the sizing will be listed as M 7,..and then right under that on the box will be listed L 9

….M 7,..( meaning Men's size 7 ),..and L 9,...( meaning Ladies size 9 ),...they list it this way instead of the usual Women's word that is used for US shoes,..

...one more thing to mention is with this series of numbers that tells you the size of the boots, it is often listed on the tongue area , inside the shoe or boot,..( the flap of leather that the laces lace over )….
