Murano | Vintage Folded Glass Seashell Bowl

This beautiful piece of vintage art glass brings a unique elegance to your décor. It was made in the 1960s, at the heart of the Mid Century Modern Movement. Mid century décor often prominently featured unique pieces of colored, folded art glass. This piece is hand blown and then folded to create the look of rolling ocean waves or a seashell. Place it on a low coffee table or near eye-level on a display shelf for maximum enjoyment.

The color is a beautiful blue tone with white areas throughout. The glass has bubbles from the hand making process. The bowl is approximately 16 inches long and 10 inches at its widest point, and 4 inches at its highest point. The base is 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
