This is a very nice pair of Munro American black pumps...there is elastic on the inner part of the strap across the shoes for comfort and fit. I bought these, and then just never had occasion to wear them. They are size 5W...although I would say they fit more like a medium width. The heels are about 2"...just high enough to be pretty, but low enough to be comfortable. The soles are rubber, so they don't slip...and would be more quiet on hard surfaces than some shoes. The sparkly look to the strap is due to shiny dots...but they are not sequins.
