Multicolored long summer dress

Beautiful size large summer dress with cap style sleeves. Jacquard fabric with paisley like prints & designs. This dress is super cute! I have worn it one time briefly for a couple of hours to work. The dress sizing chart says it measures to be able fit a 40” bust in the top but the shoulders to the top of the rouching are a just a little shorter than I’d prefer for my bust size. I included my own measurements to see the difference. In my opinion it fits more of a 8 or possible 10. Otherwise the rouching and the dress itself are so comfortable and pretty. Dress only is sold.
