Multi-color Neon Mickey Mouse Disney Pants with Pockets

The pants have been worn and damage can be seen on the back of each leg at the bottom (they are faded and look like they’ve been stepped on a bit). Other than that, these pants are in good condition. They have a drawstring at the waist and pockets. They are not very stretchy. They were bought at Disney World in Orlando, FL. I am not sure if these are mens or womens. I am a female and they fit me fine but I have a feeling they are mens.
