Bert Newman Petite wool double breasted Tweed coat with tiny specks of red-yellow-blue on an overall black and white weave. Med-Heavy weight. Fully lined with deep lined pockets. Nordstrom's. 2 button cuff, extra button inside. Front has 2 sets of buttons that function and one set decorative. Notched lapel. Collar to sleeve 4.5", sleeves 22.5", bust 19", collar to hem 45". Back vent of 17" still sewn shut. Fits M-S depends on your layering. The sleeves are too short for me. Great go-to winter coat!
