Multi-Layer Skirt

Bought at a local boutique. The top layer is a champagne color and has a slight iridescence to it. Elastic waste band is a pale pink silk. Has an attached tulle slip underneath. Super fun and flirty. I call it my Carrie Bradshaw skirt :)
