@m_oterson first let me say that I am so sorry I'm just getting this posted. We ended up not making it home until after 1am.
Relaxed the waist is 16" across and stretched out it is 23" across. The bust from arm pit to arm pit is 21" across, this fits me at a DDD and my daughter who is a C. Straps are adjustable.
