Multi colored plunge front dress

I got this dress in Italy and it was fitted to me by the designer! The size is marked 44, but fits like a 0-2 as it was tailored to my body. The measurements are: bust 32", waist 25" and length 36". Shell 100% silk, lining 100% polyester.
