Multi colored fitted dress

Bought this gorgeous dress and it runs big I'm a 16 but a perfect fit would be a sz 18. Should be a mini but it comes below my knees, it has a lot of stretch sheer arms but a slip type lining., Off the shoulders eye catcher for sure
