Multi color striped long sleeve dress

Multi color striped long sleeve dress. Stripe colors are dark blue, orange, chartreuse, tan and white. Dress has 2 very long fabric straps at waist that I think are supposed to be tied/wrapped in the front. Maybe you could tie them in the back but it didn’t look right. The picture has them tied in the front. Very stretchy dress. Excellent pre owned condition. Size: 16. Sixteen. Armpit to armpit: 22" Length: 45" Sleeves: 25" 93% polyester, 7% spandex Smoke free home. Pet friendly.
