This beautiful maxi dress is the perfect dress for any special occasion. Only worn twice. It’s very snug so will fit someone who is XS. The neck area doesn’t unclasp so can be tough getting your head through. I’m sure, however, a tailor can get this piece cut and add a button or two to maneuver around that part easier.
