Mulberry Shimmer High-Low Strap Style Prom/ Homecoming Dress

Bought the dress from JCPenney for around $80 for homecoming. Worn once for that day but that's it. Basically new without tags. Size 5/ Small. Bad lighting, I know. A little wrinkly from storage but it will come out with a good steam/iron. Need money for college. Asking around $35 but will take offers.
