Mud pie cream and gold hoodie sweater size Medium (2T/3T) needs repair

Mud pie cream and gold hooded sweater top Hood has a cute Pom Pom on top, strings have pretty tassels Size Medium (2T/3T) So cute! The only issue is that it has a small hole along the seam of the hood (see picture). I’m positive someone can patch it, and it’s too cute to toss if it can be repaired.
