Mud pie Cactus Swimsuit Cover/Tunic

Super cute, soft white cotton material with watercolor cactus print. Can be used as swim suit cover up or a tunic with leggings. NEVER WORN, perfect condition but without tags (I thought it would fit 😬 but it’s too small).
