Mrs. Pepper army green jacket blazer sz M

Mrs. Pepper size medium jacket with banded collar and button front. This has a full lining inside and is 100% cotton. The lining is not cotton and I would think that is why they have do not wash but dry clean. This has a five button front and epaulet buttons on the collar. Really cute. It is in excellent used condition.
