Mouse Trap Board Game IDEAL 1975 Rube Goldberg Marvin Glass Collectible.
This 1975 Mouse Trap Board Game version came in a box with a side flap. This game was a gift, box was opened and all parts were inspected, but the game was never played with. All parts are there, game is complete. Outer box may show some shelf wear as it was shuffled around on a shelf from time to time. These 1975 versions of the Mouse Trap Game are out of stock on websites, hard to find in consignment shops, online, auction sites, etc., making this one a real collectible because it is in great vintage condition. Designed by Gordon A. Barlow, Marvin Glass*, Harvey "Hank" Kramer, and Burt Meyer. Stored in a cool, dry place. Comes from a smoke-free/pet-free home.
Description:
Mouse Trap pits 2-4 players against each other as mice trying to navigate through a complex mousetrap. They build the Rube Goldberg inspired mousetrap as they move their mice across the board. They also try to collect cheese cards, which allow them to move other mice to cheese wheel which is the bait for the trap. Once the mousetrap has been completely constructed, players can attempt to capture each others' mice in it by turning the crank, which activates the mousetrap. If the mousetrap doesn't malfunction, the mouse is captured and out of the game. The winner is the last mouse who avoids being trapped. The main appeal of Mouse Trap is the ridiculously complex contraption that is the mousetrap.

@kodiandtiffany This is not your run of the mill version of the game-- this one is highly collectible, one devised by the famous Marvin Glass. It is like new, never played with in a highly collectible state. Many board games in perfect condition from this era are selling for $300.-$600 on average, if one can even find them in this condition. This game is rare and fairly priced -- even underpriced considering I have to pay a big commission to Poshmark.

@kodiandtiffany I just made an offer to likers, which is you, for 85.00. I like the fact you say you can become a repeat buyer. Please feel free to make this purchase-- as I see it you are getting a fair deal as this item is listed for a lot more on various other websites. Thanks.
