Mountain Hardwear men's small rain jacket

Mountain Hardwear men's small rain jacket. Please see the photos, the HOOD (and only the hood) is delaminating right above the seam. But because of the seam it's stopping it. The inside of the jacket is in great condition with no peeling or delaminating.
