Elastic at cuffs is not that taught, but stretches an additional 1/2" from measurement in the pictures, the elastic at the hood is taught and stretchable. Full front zipper works easily and the 2 front zipper pockets are without holeses and those zippers work easily. Fill is Nikwax hydrophilic down. No holes or rips in seaming/quilting.
