Moulinette souers anthropolgie floral skirt

Too small for me. Tag says 10, but the fit is small. The waist measurement is 14.5" flat. Very disappointed because it's a beautiful skirt. Reposhing this item I purchased from @jennie0983. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below!
