Hi, is there a zipper closure on the inside to secure belongings? Hard to tell in picks but looks like it does… Is there a rain cover by chance?

@debhollifield see new pic where under flap leather zipper closure zipper head is short or top piece broke off does close and open another pic of inside large somewhat plastic inside of bag no compartment’s inside bag there is no rain
