Beautiful high quality and nicely tailored black dress pants have two hidden zippers on either side of waist to allow pants to expand. Belt is removable if needed. Also adjusts with D rings. Measurements with zippers closed: Waist across is 17.5” Overall length down side seam at hip from top of waist to hemline edge is 38.5” Hem is 1” Bell of pant is 11.5” across(23” diameter) Inseam is 28.5” These slacks are very nice with a hood stretch to them, making them very comfortable to wear.
