jbenne99 How low is the cut out in back? Also, is that chiffon fabric on top layer? One more, do you know the brand?

nonastreasures @jbenne99 Hi, thanks for your interest! It is chiffon on the top layer and the label says “Ever Pretty” ; but it is not name brand. It is brand new and stunning in person and so slimming. The cut out in the back is like 5 pics down on my post. It open, not too open in the back. The opening mainly goes around the main area between your shoulder blades
